The Dark Periphery: Exploring Shadows & Space (breathwork)

Coming into Alignment with the Changing Seasons (nature immersion workshop including forest bathing invitations, nature journaling & tea ceremony)

Morning Yoga: Inviting Yin into Yang (Vinyasa/Yin Yoga)

Embracing the Unconscious: Active Dreaming Circle

& an interactive food-based workshop with Dr. Chef Evan, possibly on fermentation or something equally as amazing!
